William Scott Grandy, age 69, passed away at this home in Noblesville, Indiana on July 22, 2016. He was born on May 10, 1947 in Jacksonville Florida to Lillian and Bruce Grandy. He is survived by his daughters Phyllis Tuggle, Jane Daet, Serena Grandy, Tabatha Helm, and Chasity Grandy; and 13 grandchildren. A Life Celebration will be held in his honor on July 28, 2016 at the American Legion #45 in Noblesville, Indiana at 5pm.
